Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ResellMind ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ResellMind is a business management tool for resellers. It allows you to track inventory, record sales and purchases, manage costs, and analyse financial performance. The App is available on iOS, Android, and web.

3. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free plan: limited to 20 products. No payment required.
• Pro plan: £2.99/month (or local equivalent). Unlimited products and cloud sync.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Payment is processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We do not handle card data directly.
• To cancel, manage your subscription in App Store or Google Play settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policy, not ours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, name "ResellMind", logo, and all content created by us are our exclusive property and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Financial data shown in the App is based solely on what you enter — we are not responsible for any business decisions made based on this data.

ResellMind is not a financial, tax, or legal adviser. Consult a professional for tax obligations related to your reselling activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
